Objective
Apptimus values intellectual property and recognizes its importance for our success. This section outlines your responsibilities regarding the protection and use of intellectual property.
Ownership
All intellectual property created by employees during their employment with Apptimus is owned by Apptimus, including but not limited to:
- Software code, designs, and documentation.
- Patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Trade secrets and confidential information.
- Inventions, discoveries, and improvements.
- Know-how and technical expertise.
Use of Intellectual Property
- You may use company intellectual property only for authorized business purposes.
- You must not use company intellectual property for personal gain or any other unauthorized purpose.
- You must not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to any third party without prior written authorization from Apptimus.
Protection of Intellectual Property
- You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of all company intellectual property.
- You must not disclose any confidential information, including customer data, trade secrets, or proprietary information, to any unauthorized person.
- You must comply with all company security policies to protect intellectual property.
